How to Cancel Pipedrive Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Pipedrive
Purchased directly from Pipedrive
- Open the Billing tab for the correct company account.
- Choose Cancel my subscription at the bottom.
- Review the data and features affected, and continue through the cancellation questions.
- Complete the final confirmation and record the account’s effective cancellation date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid-term access continues until the subscription ends. Make your export before that date instead of relying on later account recovery.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Must I cancel a trial if I never entered payment details?
Pipedrive says a trial without billing details expires automatically. If you entered payment information, use Settings and Billing to cancel before the subscription starts.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
