How to cancel Remember The Milk
Purchased directly from Remember The Milk
- For a website purchase, open Account billing.
- Check whether auto-renew is enabled and use its renewal-management option to disable it.
- Save the resulting renewal status and Pro expiry date.
- Use the Apple subscription route for an Apple-billed purchase.
Billed by Apple
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Remember The Milk, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
- Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.
A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Website purchases made before 3 February 2016 and gift Pro accounts may not renew automatically. Expired Pro returns to a Free account.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Do I need to delete my account?
No. Account deletion is a different, destructive action. First identify whether there is any renewal enabled for the Pro purchase.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
