How to Cancel Seeking Alpha Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Seeking Alpha
Purchased directly from Seeking Alpha
- Sign in and open the profile icon, then Account Settings.
- Expand Show Details if the subscription information is hidden.
- Select the subscription’s cancellation option and finish confirmation.
- Check the canceled state and end of the current billing period.
Billed by Google Play
- Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Seeking Alpha, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
- Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.
If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.
Open provider pageMake sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Monthly and annual cancellations take effect at the current billing-period end. Review separate subscriptions individually.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Can I cancel a Google Play purchase on the Seeking Alpha website?
Google is the biller for Google Play purchases. Cancel that subscription through the same Google account instead.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
