How to Cancel SimplyBook.me Subscription
Turn off SimplyBook.me recurring payment in Plans & Prices. Stopping payment renewal does not necessarily stop customers from booking.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel SimplyBook.me
Purchased directly from SimplyBook.me
- Open Plans & Prices and Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription details block and open its three-dot action menu.
- Choose Cancel recurring and confirm.
- Verify that recurring charges are stopped and save the current period’s expiry date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan remains available for the current period. The help page says the client booking interface can remain active afterward, while admin features such as Calendar and Reports become unavailable.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I assume my account data will stay forever after cancellation?
No. Retention descriptions differ between the help page and current terms. Export records before expiry and ask support which retention terms apply to your account.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
