How to Cancel Splice Subscription
Cancel the music-sample Splice plan from your plans page, then finish the cancellation flow after the pause offer.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Splice
Purchased directly from Splice
- Sign in to Splice and open your plans page.
- Select Cancel beside the subscription you want to stop.
- Choose a reason and review the alternative pause offer.
- To end renewal, scroll down and select the final red Cancel subscription button.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan runs through the current billing period. Unused credits expire 28 days after that period; an active subscription is needed to spend credits.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I keep using sounds I already bought?
Yes. Purchased samples remain usable and downloadable after cancellation. Premium Splice INSTRUMENT content has additional limits, so check the official guidance before deleting local files.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
