How to Cancel Sticky Password Subscription
Sticky Password’s own e-shop licenses do not automatically renew. Check whether your purchase is prepaid before looking for a cancellation button.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Sticky Password
Purchased directly from Sticky Password
- Open your receipt and confirm it is a Sticky Password e-shop license.
- Check the license and expiry details in your StickyAccount.
- Keep a secure backup and record when the purchased term ends.
- Skip the optional manual renewal if you no longer want another paid term.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The official e-shop terms describe renewal as a manual purchase. A lifetime license does not have an annual base-license renewal to cancel.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

What if I see a recurring charge anyway?
Check the receipt for a separate product or another seller, and ask Sticky Password support to identify it. The e-shop’s no-auto-renewal terms should not be assumed to cover an unrelated billing agreement.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
