How to Cancel Studocu Subscription
Cancel Studocu Premium on the account’s Subscription page. A trial ends immediately when canceled, unlike an already paid period.

Before you cancel
Studocu asks for cancellation at least one day before the next payment. Check whether you are on a trial or a paid subscription.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Studocu
Purchased directly from Studocu
- Sign in to the account used to buy Studocu Premium.
- Open the Subscription page using the link in the official help article.
- Choose cancellation and complete the displayed confirmation.
- Reopen the page and check the Premium end date. If the plan was purchased inside an app, use its subscription settings and follow the indicated billing platform.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid Premium access lasts for the period already purchased.
- A canceled trial loses Premium access immediately. Deleting the account also removes remaining access.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Why is the cancel option missing?
You may be in another account or already canceled. Check the displayed end date against the receipt.
Should I delete my account to stop renewal?
Use subscription cancellation if you want to retain the account and the remainder of paid access.
