How to Cancel Superhuman Mail and Suite Subscription

Distinguish a standalone Superhuman Mail plan from the Superhuman suite. Canceling suite billing affects its included applications.

Before you cancel

Check invoices for separate Mail, Grammarly, and Coda subscriptions. Existing product subscriptions are not always consolidated into one bundle.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Superhuman Mail and Suite

Purchased directly from Superhuman Mail and Suite

  1. For a suite account, sign in and open Account, then Your account and Subscription.
  2. Select Cancel Subscription, continue, choose a reason, and finish cancellation.
  3. On mobile, the help guide directs suite subscribers to account.grammarly.com.
  4. Save confirmation and verify which applications the canceled plan includes.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Superhuman Mail and Suite, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Standalone Superhuman Mail

  1. Open Mail, press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows, and select Billing.
  2. Cancel the existing Mail subscription through its billing controls, then verify its status independently of any suite purchase.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The suite retains paid access for the remaining subscription period.
  • Canceling a team Mail subscription does not transfer that team’s data and settings into a new suite.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
