How to Cancel Ubisoft+ Subscription

Before you cancel
Check which games you own separately and which are available only through Ubisoft+. Keep the invoice and note the renewal date.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Ubisoft+
Purchased from Ubisoft
- Sign in to the Ubisoft account used for the subscription.
- Open My Account and locate the Ubisoft+ subscription management section.
- Follow the cancellation instructions for the current subscription and confirm.
- Save the effective end date and final billing status.
Purchased through another platform
- Identify the seller from the invoice.
- Open that seller’s subscription management, select the Ubisoft+ plan and complete cancellation.
Do not assume a change to your Ubisoft account canceled a separately managed store payment.

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Ubisoft’s terms describe access through the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscription-only games and benefits stop afterward; separately owned games have their own entitlement.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops renewal; it does not by itself return a previous payment. Ask the company that billed you to review the charge and provide its current refund terms.
