Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel YouCanBookMe

Purchased directly from YouCanBookMe

  1. Sign in to the YouCanBookMe account associated with the subscription.
  2. Open the Billing page.
  3. Choose Cancel Subscription.
  4. Select Cancel subscription again in the popup and save the confirmation.
Open provider page

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The paid subscription does not renew at the end of the current billing period. The account then has the limited features of the free plan.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Does canceling after the first 30 days refund the remaining term?

The cancellation article says remaining credit is not returned to the original payment method when cancellation is more than 30 days after the initial subscription date.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
