How to Cancel Zwift Subscription

Cancel a Zwift-billed membership online, or manage an Apple subscription through Apple.

Before you cancel

Allow at least 24 hours before renewal; direct-debit payments require at least seven days’ notice.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Zwift

Purchased directly from Zwift

  1. Sign in at zwift.com/billing/membership and choose Manage.
  2. Select Zwift Membership, then Cancel Subscription.
  3. Choose a reason and confirm Cancel Membership.
  4. Save the resulting end date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Zwift, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Membership lasts through the current billing cycle and progress is retained. Riding needs active membership; running remains available.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Why is the website Cancel option missing?

An Apple-billed membership is managed through Apple subscription settings.

Is a pause permanent cancellation?

No. A pause is temporary; use cancellation when you want renewal stopped.
