Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Agorapulse
Purchased directly from Agorapulse
- Sign in as the owner and open subscription settings.
- Scroll to Cancel Subscription; a trial or Free account may show a differently labeled ending action.
- Complete the feedback form.
- Select Confirm Cancellation and save the service end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The subscription runs through the paid cycle and access ends afterwards. Custom or manually managed contracts require the account team or support.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

The documented control belongs to the owner. Ask the owner to review billing, or contact the account team for a managed agreement.
What should I keep after canceling?
