How to cancel Berrycast

- Sign into the Berrycast account associated with the payment.
- Click Change Plan and locate the highlighted current plan.
- Choose its cancellation option and complete the remaining prompts.
- Keep the effective end date and plan-status confirmation shown in the account.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The pricing page identifies the cancellation control but does not specify a universal retention or access-end rule. Read the confirmation before relying on existing shared video availability.
Cancellation and refunds
Berrycast's pricing FAQ states that it does not offer refunds on plans and recommends evaluating the trial before purchase. A separately described adjustment when changing tiers is not a blanket cancellation-refund promise.

Why is there no cancel button on Berrycast's main recording screen?
The documented route is through Change Plan in your account. The current plan is highlighted there with the cancellation option; make sure you are in the account that owns the subscription.
