Before you cancel
Export recordings and finish work requiring premium features. Check that you are changing the plan on the account named in the invoice.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Vmaker
Cancel Vmaker
- Open the Vmaker account and go to My Plans.
- Select Free Plan instead of another paid tier.
- Complete the plan-change confirmation and record the end of the current billing cycle.
- Check that the account is scheduled to leave paid access.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Premium features remain available until the current cycle ends. Afterward the account loses those premium capabilities and uses the free plan.

Vmaker's refund FAQ states that canceling a paid subscription does not provide a refund; the remaining paid period stays usable instead.
Common questions
Will switching Vmaker to Free remove premium tools immediately?
The help guide says premium features continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Plan required exports before that date, rather than assuming the tools remain indefinitely.
