How to cancel Bonjoro
Cancel Bonjoro
- Sign into the Bonjoro account at the home dashboard specified in its terms.
- Use the account-cancellation functionality and complete the confirmation.
- Keep the resulting status and date, and verify no further recurring plan remains.
- Ask support for assistance if access is blocked, then confirm the in-account cancellation actually completed.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The terms say a mid-month cancellation takes effect immediately. Content and customer information are deleted afterward on a timetable determined by Bonjoro.
Cancellation and refunds
Bonjoro's terms state that no refund is provided when an account is canceled. Download billing records before account removal if you need to discuss an invoice.
Common questions
Can I end Bonjoro by sending a cancellation email?
Its terms explicitly say email and telephone requests are not considered cancellation. Use the account route and obtain the resulting confirmation.
