Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Dubb's pricing FAQ says annual plans are paid upfront and can be canceled before their next renewal. Review the confirmation for the access end date and any account-specific terms.

Cancellation and refunds

The pricing page does not promise to return an annual prepayment when renewal is stopped. Request a written payment assessment if you seek reimbursement in addition to cancellation.

Common questions

Is Dubb's annual price charged one month at a time?

The pricing FAQ says annual plans are billed upfront. Canceling renewal prevents the next annual term; do not assume the displayed monthly equivalent represents a month-to-month payment commitment.
