Before you cancel
Save every drop you need to your device and check shared links used by colleagues. The official walkthrough ends with account and drop deletion.

How to cancel Droplr

- From the library's upper-right menu, open Billing and scroll to the red Cancel Subscription button.
- Confirm that you want to cancel and select a reason. Do not choose Exit, which abandons cancellation.
- The longer feedback response is optional and can be skipped.
- Read the deletion acknowledgement and complete Delete my account only after your files are backed up.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Droplr's published flow deletes the account and all drops at its final step. Do not expect hosted links or stored files to remain available afterward.
Cancellation and refunds
The walkthrough does not state that deletion refunds a paid period. Discuss a payment-specific request with Droplr before completing removal if you need access to billing records.
Common questions
Can I leave Droplr's cancellation survey halfway through?
Choosing Exit at the reason-selection stage leaves the subscription uncanceled. Optional written feedback can be skipped, but the final confirmation must still be completed.
