- Cancel the recurring Plan before the current Subscription Term ends.
- Retain the resulting renewal status and end date.
- Use account deletion only if you also intend to remove the cloud account after preserving its content.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
