Before you cancel
Review members who rely on Business or Pro recording features. Preserve any exports your team needs before paid features are removed.

How to cancel Claap
Cancel Claap
- Open Workspace Settings, then Plans & Licenses.
- Open the three-dot menu and choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the change and record the current cycle's end date.
- Review the workspace's resulting Free plan and member licenses after that date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Existing content remains accessible and is not deleted. At period end the workspace moves to Free and members receive Basic licenses; those already above Basic recording limits cannot create new recordings.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation article describes end-of-cycle changes but does not promise a refund for the remaining term. Distinguish a whole-workspace cancellation from reducing Business licenses for the next renewal.
Common questions
Can I keep Claap paid for some members instead of canceling everything?
The guide allows changing individual members from Business to Member under Settings and Members. Only the remaining Business licenses are billed at renewal; that is separate from canceling the workspace subscription.
