How to Cancel Zight Subscription
Cancel Zight through the billing channel on the receipt, with an additional support handoff for some team or workspace subscriptions.

Before you cancel
Identify whether the subscription was bought on Zight's website or through Apple's store. Download important shared files before reducing the plan.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Zight

- For a website plan, open the web dashboard's Account settings and Manage Plan.
- Scroll to Cancel Zight Plan and finish the survey or confirmation.
- For a team workspace, complete the cancellation survey and follow up with the Account Executive or support engineer.
- Keep the final acknowledgement; an Apple-billed purchase must instead be canceled in Apple's subscription settings.
Billed by Apple
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Zight, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
- Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.
A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.
Open provider pageMake sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The newer plan guide says paid subscriptions normally remain active through the billing period, then move to Share. A trial cancellation can remove premium trial features sooner.
Cancellation and refunds
Zight's cancellation instructions do not establish an automatic payment return. Address a refund request to the provider that issued the receipt, identifying the purchase channel.

Why did changing my Zight website plan not cancel an App Store charge?
Apple manages subscriptions purchased through its store. Zight's guide explicitly directs those purchases to Apple's cancellation controls, separate from the web account plan.
