How to cancel Sendspark
Cancel Sendspark
- Use the cancellation instructions inside Sendspark, or email support@sendspark.com from the registered account address.
- For a paid plan, use the subject CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION and identify the plan.
- For a trial, the terms specify the subject Terminate Trial; submit before the trial ends.
- Keep acknowledgement and confirm the effective date and any remaining term charges.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Cancellation does not necessarily release a contractual commitment. The terms say fees for the remaining subscribed term can become due when canceled early.
Cancellation and refunds
Sendspark's terms exclude refunds for past payments and amounts due for the rest of the canceled term. Check the agreement rather than interpreting cancel-anytime marketing as forgiveness of remaining fees.
