How to Cancel Vidyard Subscription
Cancel a Vidyard Starter subscription as the account Owner through Manage billing details; the guide also covers legacy Pro and Plus plans.

Before you cancel
Download videos you need because downloading is a paid feature. Review website embeds and the free plan's limits before the subscription ends.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Vidyard

- Open Workspace Management and Billing in the main menu.
- Under Billing and Subscription, choose Manage billing details.
- Select Cancel Plan, then select it again to confirm.
- Record the subscription end date before completing the optional exit survey.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features continue through the billing cycle, then the account becomes Free. Existing videos remain accessible and viewers can still watch shared videos, while paid downloads and advanced tools are removed.

Common questions
Do my existing Vidyard videos disappear when Starter ends?
The guide says existing library videos remain accessible and shared videos remain watchable. Creation, embedding and paid-tool limits change on Free, so review ongoing publishing needs separately.
