How to Cancel BrowserStack Subscription
The BrowserStack account owner can cancel a web-purchased plan. Sales-assisted contracts require the account representative or support.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel BrowserStack
Purchased directly from BrowserStack
- Sign in as the account owner.
- Open Account & Profile and look for Cancel Plan at the bottom.
- If your account shows the alternate layout, open the three-dot menu in Plan details and choose Cancel Plan.
- Finish confirmation and save the paid-through date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Cancellation stops automatic renewal; paid features remain available until the current billing cycle finishes.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Why can’t I see the cancel control?
Only the owner can use it, and BrowserStack documents two interface layouts. If the purchase was handled by sales, contact the representative or support instead of relying on the self-service button.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
