How to Cancel TestMu AI / LambdaTest Subscription

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel TestMu AI / LambdaTest

Purchased directly from TestMu AI / LambdaTest

  1. Sign in and open the profile avatar.
  2. Choose Billing and locate the subscription.
  3. Scroll to Cancel Subscription and provide the cancellation reason.
  4. Select Complete Cancellation, then verify the resulting status.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Record the effective date in the confirmation. The documented Resume Subscription action reverses a scheduled cancellation.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Is removing one plan the same as canceling the subscription?

The provider documents individual plan changes separately. Inspect every active plan in Billing and verify which one the cancellation confirmation covers.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
