Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Cacoo
Purchased directly from Cacoo
- Sign in to Nulab organization settings as a plan admin and choose the correct organization.
- Open Billing and locate the Cacoo plan under Plans.
- Choose Cancel plan and complete the confirmation.
- Save the effective date and make sure you changed Cacoo rather than another Nulab product.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The cancellation applies from the next billing cycle and does not delete the organization.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Do these instructions cover Legacy Plus?
Legacy Plus has a different route based on its payment method. Follow the legacy section of Nulab's official guide; an ended Legacy Plus plan cannot simply be restarted.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
