How to Cancel MindNode Subscription

MindNode in-app subscriptions are billed through Apple, so use the purchasing Apple Account to stop renewal.

Before you cancel

Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel MindNode

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select MindNode, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • After premium access ends, MindNode still supports viewing, exporting and basic editing of mind maps. Keep a backup of important documents.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Does canceling make my maps inaccessible?

MindNode's published guidance says basic editing and export remain available in the free version; cancellation does not require deleting your documents.

How do I confirm cancellation?

Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
