How to Cancel Xmind Subscription

Xmind cancellation depends on both the plan and the purchase channel.

Before you cancel

Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Xmind

Purchased directly from Xmind

  1. For a website Premium or Business plan, sign in to app.xmind.com and open My Works or the appropriate Team Space.
  2. Open Settings, then Plans, and use Cancel to disable renewal.
  3. For a website Pro plan, open xmind.app/account, then Subscription and Manage, and turn off auto-renewal.
  4. Save the updated subscription status for the plan you actually bought.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Xmind, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Xmind, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the account's paid-through date and export important maps before premium capabilities change.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

What if I purchased through a mobile store?

Apple purchases, including on Mac, are managed through Apple subscriptions. Google Play purchases must be canceled with the purchasing Google account.

How do I confirm cancellation?

Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
