Before you cancel
Choose the workspace attached to the invoice. Export any workflow output you want to keep outside the service.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Copy.ai
Purchased directly from Copy.ai
- Open the workspace-name menu in Copy.ai and choose Subscription.
- Scroll to Manage Billing and open the billing portal.
- Choose Cancel Plan, review the final access date, and confirm.
- Return to the subscription page and retain the confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
- Workspace features, workflows, and remaining credits are available until that date.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Where are my old invoices?
The Subscription page has a Manage Billing section with View Invoices.
Does updating payment details cancel my plan?
No. Use Cancel Plan and complete the separate confirmation.
