How to Cancel Jasper Subscription

Cancel Jasper Pro from workspace plan settings. Complete every prompt and distinguish a temporary pause from stopping renewal.

Before you cancel

Check the workspace, renewal date, and plan type. This self-service guide covers Pro; a separately negotiated contract needs its own billing review.

How to cancel Jasper

Purchased directly from Jasper

  1. Open your workspace name at the top left, then Workspace Settings.
  2. Choose Plans and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Select Cancel and complete every in-app confirmation.
  4. If the cancel control is missing, contact hey@jasper.ai from the account’s email address.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle.
  • A pause is temporary and billing resumes after its selected duration.

Cancellation and refunds

Jasper’s Pro guidance describes a seven-day money-back request window. Set the account to cancel, then email hey@jasper.ai within seven days of the charge for review under its policy.

Common questions

Does Jasper refund automatically when I cancel?

No. Its guidance says refund requests must be emailed separately within seven days of the charge.

What if the Cancel button is missing?
