How to cancel Writesonic
Purchased directly from Writesonic
- Sign in to Writesonic and open the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Plans and Billing.
- Select the cancellation or unsubscribe control and complete the reason and confirmation prompts.
- Review the final end date and confirm the change.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The cancellation guide says access typically lasts until the end of the current billing cycle; verify your plan’s displayed date.
- A lower paid plan or a pause is different from canceling renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
