Complete migration before cancellation because service access and all hosted data are destroyed after validation.

How to cancel DoliCloud

- Sign in to the customer dashboard and open My account.
- Choose Delete my account.
- If required, follow the displayed instructions to destroy active instances, then finish the account closure confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- This is full service termination and data destruction, not a reversible pause.
