How to Cancel Wondershare Filmora Subscription

Cancel the Filmora plan in Wondershare Account Center or in the mobile store that billed you. Check add-ons separately.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Wondershare Filmora

Purchased directly from Wondershare Filmora

  1. Open Wondershare Account Center, then Plans & Products and Manage Subscription.
  2. Find the Filmora plan and select Manage Plan, then Cancel Subscription.
  3. Continue through the reason and offers without accepting a replacement plan unless wanted.
  4. Review the cancellation details and confirm.
  5. Save the result and repeat for any other unwanted renewing item.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Wondershare Filmora, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Wondershare Filmora, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the confirmed term end. AI credit auto-deduction has a separate cancellation control in subscription management.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Does removing Filmora from my phone stop renewal?

No. Cancel through the billing channel on the receipt.

Is cancelling a plan also a refund request?

No. Submit a separate request to Wondershare or the store that processed the payment.
