How to Cancel Motion Array Subscription
Cancel Motion Array renewal through Renewal settings, and review the restrictions on using downloads in future projects.

Before you cancel
After paid access ends, downloaded assets cannot be used in new projects. Team plan administrators must contact support to cancel.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Motion Array
Purchased directly from Motion Array
- Open your profile, My Account, then Plan & Billing.
- Use the subscription menu and select Change Plan.
- On the pricing page, find Renewal settings near the bottom.
- Choose Continue to cancel and finish every prompt.
- Save the resulting end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid access continues until the next renewal date. Keep licence and project records for work completed during the membership.
Cancellation and refunds
Motion Array does not normally refund the unused remainder simply because you cancel. Contact support for a payment-specific review.
Common questions
Can I use old downloads for a new project after expiry?
Motion Array says a current paid membership is required for that use.
Where is the control on mobile?
Open the profile menu and Plan & Billing, then Change Plan; scroll to find Renewal settings.
