Before you cancel

Match the project name and renewal date to your receipt. Arrange an alternative for features or hosting you need after expiry.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Framer

Purchased directly from Framer

  1. Open workspace Settings and Plans.
  2. Use the menu beside the relevant site and choose Cancel Plan.
  3. Complete feedback and confirmation.
  4. Verify the cancellation in Plans and the project settings.
Open provider page

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Cancellation applies at the end of the billing cycle. Editor subscriptions stop at cycle end only after all active Site plans in that workspace are cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

Do not assume unused time will be refunded. Framer distinguishes cancellation, account credits for plan changes, and refunds; ask support which policy applies to the charge.

Common questions

Why is there no Cancel option?

Framer says the project may have no active paid subscription. Check the other project and workspace entries.

Does one cancelled site stop every editor charge?

Not necessarily. Other active Site plans in the workspace can keep editor billing in place.
