How to Cancel Frappe Cloud Subscription

Before you cancel
Download and verify site backups before dropping sites or servers; these are destructive infrastructure actions.

- In the dashboard, drop all sites and servers only after completing migration.
- Open Settings in the top bar.
- Under Team Actions, select Disable beside Disable Account and confirm.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The disabled account cannot create new sites and billing is paused; the documented resource cleanup is part of the procedure.
Cancellation and refunds
Frappe warns that refunds are not its responsibility when the required steps were not followed before disabling or closing the account.
Common questions
Can I skip removing resources and just stop logging in?
No. The documented cancellation sequence explicitly includes dropping sites and servers before disabling the account.
