How to cancel GanttPRO
Purchased directly from GanttPRO
- Open Account settings in the account that owns the subscription.
- Select Billing and find Cancel subscription at the bottom.
- Complete cancellation and save the changed renewal status.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Canceling before renewal stops the following charge. GanttPRO's guide says cancellation itself does not issue a refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Will switching billing frequency stop my subscription?
No. Changing between monthly and annual billing continues the plan. Use the explicit cancellation option to stop renewal.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
