How to Cancel Zenhub Subscription
Zenhub billing changes require Zenhub administrator permissions, which are separate from GitHub permissions.

Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Zenhub
Purchased directly from Zenhub
- Open your username menu in the left sidebar and select Account management.
- As a Zenhub admin, open Account details.
- Select Cancel subscription and complete the confirmation.
- Save the status and billing-period end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Export project information needed after paid access changes.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

What if the subscription was bought on GitHub Marketplace?
Zenhub directs Marketplace subscribers to support for plan and billing changes. Being a GitHub organization admin does not automatically grant Zenhub billing access.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
