How to Cancel Zenkit Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Zenkit
Purchased directly from Zenkit
- Open your profile menu and select the organization being billed.
- Choose Subscription, then Manage in the advanced settings area.
- Open the subscription details, choose Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- Save the resulting plan status and scheduled end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does unsubscribing from a list stop payment?
No. Following or unfollowing lists affects notifications. Billing cancellation must be done in the organization's paid subscription settings.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
