How to cancel ProofHub
Purchased directly from ProofHub
- Verify that project, file and client records have been backed up outside ProofHub.
- Open Manage plan and follow the cancel subscription link, or contact support@proofhub.com to arrange cancellation.
- Read the immediate-deletion warning and confirm only when the team is ready.
- Keep proof that cancellation was completed.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The published cancellation terms say content is removed immediately and cannot be recovered. Do not expect the remaining prepaid period to preserve access.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
