How to Cancel Harvest Forecast Subscription
Close the Forecast team account to cancel its subscription. This permanently erases team data immediately.

Before you cancel
Export the team’s data and confirm that you intend to close the whole Forecast account. The documented action is immediate and permanent, not just a renewal switch.

How to cancel Harvest Forecast
Purchased directly from Harvest Forecast
- Export all required Forecast data and coordinate the closure with the team.
- Sign in with View and Edit permissions and open Settings.
- Select Close team account at the bottom of the page.
- Provide the reason and confirm Yes, permanently close this team account only when everyone is finished.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Closure is immediate even if paid time remains. A linked Harvest account remains active and needs separate management.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does this only remove my personal profile?
No. The action closes the whole team account. If you only want your profile removed, ask an authorized person to archive that profile instead.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
