How to Cancel Higgsfield Subscription
Turn off Higgsfield auto-renewal from Manage Account. Subscription credits and separately purchased credits have different expiry rules.

Before you cancel
Check whether you own a personal plan or a Team, Scale, or Enterprise workspace. Review the credit balance and its expiry dates.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Higgsfield
Purchased directly from Higgsfield
- Open your avatar and choose Manage Account.
- Open Subscription and scroll down to Plan Settings.
- Choose Manage Subscription, then Show, then Cancel Subscription.
- Finish confirmation and check the scheduled end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan remains active through the paid period, then moves to Free.
- Subscription credits expire at the end of the plan; purchased and promotional credits follow their separate expiry rules.
- Cancellation does not delete your account or existing generations.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Who can cancel a Team or Scale plan?
The workspace Owner manages these plans through Organization settings.
Are purchased credit packs lost immediately?
The guide says they remain usable under free-plan limits until their own validity period ends.
