How to Cancel VEED Subscription

Turn off VEED auto-renewal in Workspace Billing and finish the questionnaire. An iOS purchase is managed by Apple.

Before you cancel

VEED asks subscribers to cancel at least two business days before renewal. This guide covers VEED, not the separate VEED LITE app.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel VEED

Purchased directly from VEED

  1. On veed.io, open your profile menu, hover over the workspace name, and select Workspace Settings.
  2. Open Workspace Billing and choose Turn off auto-renewal.
  3. Complete the cancellation questionnaire and all confirmation prompts.
  4. Find the confirmation email. Contact support if it does not arrive.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select VEED, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the end date supplied by VEED after renewal is disabled.
  • Removing collaborators or uninstalling the app is not a substitute for cancellation.

Cancellation and refunds

VEED says cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Ask its support team to review a direct-payment refund separately; Apple handles Apple-billed purchases.

Common questions

Must I finish the questionnaire?

Yes. VEED says it is required to finalize cancellation.

What if I have an Enterprise contract?

Contact the customer success manager responsible for that agreement.
