How to Cancel iLovePDF Subscription

Cancel iLovePDF Premium through your user account or the app store used at checkout. Check the notice requirement before the next renewal.

Before you cancel

The published terms specify cancellation at least seven calendar days before expiry to prevent renewal. For a business agreement, check its own payment and notice conditions.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel iLovePDF

Purchased directly from iLovePDF

  1. Sign in to the iLovePDF user account that owns the paid plan.
  2. Open your profile and subscription controls, then request cancellation of the recurring service.
  3. Finish the confirmation. If the controls are unavailable, use the official contact form and request written confirmation.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select iLovePDF, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select iLovePDF, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid features normally remain available for the period already purchased.
  • The terms say canceling a free trial ends trial access immediately. Account deletion is a separate action.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
