How to Cancel PDFSimpli Subscription

How to cancel PDFSimpli

Purchased directly from PDFSimpli

  1. Log in to PDFSimpli and open My Account.
  2. Choose Billing & Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm and return to the account to check that renewal has stopped.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select PDFSimpli, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select PDFSimpli, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The help center says access lasts until the current billing period ends.
  • You can reactivate later; record the end date before leaving the billing screen.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Why is the cancel button missing?

PDFSimpli lists a different account, a pending payment, or an Apple/Google purchase as possible causes. Contact support if the reason is unclear.

Will deleting a downloaded PDF stop payment?

No. Complete the subscription cancellation and keep its confirmation.
