How to cancel Zety
Purchased directly from Zety
- Sign in to Zety and open My Plan on the account dashboard.
- Use the subscription-cancellation option and complete its confirmation prompts.
- If you need help, open the official contact page and request cancellation through chat or the phone contact for your region.
- Save the confirmation and ask when paid access ends.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Check the effective cancellation date supplied by Zety.
- Unpublishing a resume profile is a separate privacy action; it is not the subscription-cancellation flow.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
