Find the email used to create the resume and save the files you need. Check your receipt for the next payment date.

How to cancel MyPerfectResume
Purchased directly from MyPerfectResume
- Sign in and open My Account or My Settings.
- Use the online cancellation option for the paid subscription and complete the prompts.
- If you cannot access the account, open the official contact page and request subscription cancellation.
- Keep the confirmation email and cancellation number. If the email does not arrive, contact customer service.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Confirm the last day of paid access in your account or with support.
- Cancellation and removal of your account or resume profile are different requests.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
