Cancellation guide
How to Cancel Lingoda Subscription
Cancel a recurring Lingoda plan from your account. Sprint commitments and post-Sprint renewal need separate attention.

Before you cancel
Check whether you joined Flex, a trial, or Sprint. Review any remaining class credits, scheduled lessons, and the next payment date.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Lingoda
Purchased directly from Lingoda
- Sign in to the Lingoda account holding the subscription.
- Open your active plan’s subscription controls and request cancellation of renewal.
- Complete the confirmation and record the last active date.
- For Sprint, contact support about the specific agreement; review post-Sprint renewal during the challenge’s final month.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- A canceled monthly plan does not renew for the next period.
- Taking classes requires an active subscription. Unused Flex credits may remain visible but cannot be used after the last paid cycle ends.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does canceling one class cancel the plan?
No. A class booking and the recurring subscription are separate.
Does Sprint end all billing automatically?
Lingoda’s FAQ describes a post-Sprint subscription. Review and cancel that renewal separately if you do not want it.
