How to Cancel Yousician Subscription

Cancel Yousician through the website, Apple, or Google according to Payment method in your account.

Before you cancel

Sign in with the same email or Apple/Google sign-in used at purchase. Review the plan’s term and payment schedule before proceeding.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Yousician

Purchased directly from Yousician

  1. Open your Yousician account on its website and sign in.
  2. Scroll to Payment method and check who bills the subscription.
  3. For a direct purchase, choose Cancel subscription and complete the prompts.
  4. Save the resulting expiry date; use the store route below for an Apple or Google purchase.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Yousician, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Yousician, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the final date confirmed by the billing provider.
  • Deleting the account or uninstalling Yousician does not cancel the subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does deleting my account cancel the plan?

No. The help center specifically says to cancel the subscription separately.
