How to Cancel Skoove Subscription

Cancel Skoove through Account Settings for a website purchase, or the app store that originally collected payment.

Before you cancel

Identify your purchase platform before canceling. A website subscription cannot be stopped by removing the mobile app.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Skoove

Purchased directly from Skoove

  1. Sign in to Skoove on its website with the account used at checkout.
  2. Open Account Settings and find the cancellation link near the bottom.
  3. Follow the prompts until a cancellation confirmation appears.
  4. Keep that confirmation and check the date paid access ends.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Skoove, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Skoove, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • For store subscriptions, check the expiry date shown after cancellation.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel the plan. Apple and Google manage their own payment records.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

How far do I need to follow the website flow?

Continue until you see the cancellation confirmation; opening Account Settings alone is not enough.
