How to cancel Linnworks

- In Linnworks.net, open Account, Billing and choose Request Cancel.
- In the support portal, select Cancellation Request as the ticket type.
- Fill in the mandatory fields and cancellation reason, submit, then complete the Customer Success follow-up.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The billing button opens the support process; retain the ticket and confirmed end date rather than assuming the first click ends service.
Cancellation and refunds
The guide specifies a thirty-day non-renewal deadline, not an unused-term refund; confirm any committed charges with Customer Success.
